With its humble origins from Portugal, Carne de vinha d’alhos, meaning garlic wine marinade, took an evolutionary change with the local Goan flavours to what is now the famous Vindaloo.

Our blend is all about flavour, not too fiery on the palate so that you can enjoy the extraordinary journey.

Ingredients: 
Tomato, onion, myriad of spices (Cumin, Coriander, Chili, Garam Masala, Black Cardamon, Cloves, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Mustard Power, Black Pepper, Fenugreek, Curry Leaves), Ginger, Garlic, Vinegar, Salt, Vegetable Oil.
